Who We Are
Hands Together Foundation is a non-profit Egyptian foundation, established in 2014 in accordance with Egyptian law, focuses on creating an inclusive and empowering environment for youth, children and women.
Guided by a strong child-rights frame- work, Hands Together Foundation is dedicated to addressing vulnerability, protecting the most at-risk groups, empowering youth and creating inclusive opportunities for children and women to thrive.

What We Do
Child Development and Education
Supporting children’s academic growth, emotional well-being, and creative potential through tailored educational and recreational programs.


Youth Empowerment
Providing skills development opportunities that equip youth with future-ready skills, digital literacy, critical thinking, and creativity, preparing them for a fast-changing world, and increasing their employability rates.
Women and Girls Empowerment
Equipping women and girls with education, literacy, vocational training, and creative platforms, such as embroidery and crafts, to enhance their agency, digital skills, and economic independence.


Community Engagement
Establishing family centres in underserved areas to deliver integrated support services, raise awareness, and strengthen community resilience.

Art to Care Initiative
Bringing art, joy, and comfort to children in hospitals like 57357 and Hermel, while extending support to underserved youth through 3,000 school bags in New Valley, Giza, and Cairo.

Voices of Creativity Festival
Adapted from the Cairo International Area for Art Festival (2015), this project celebrates children’s creativity, instilling values of patriotism and belonging as they share their vision of Egypt through art.

Healthy Egypt Forum
A community platform co-organized with partners including Noor Misr, Aspire, and supported by Mega Kheir. It brings citizens, health experts, and civil society together to share best practices and push for healthcare reform.

Mercy & Peace Initiative
Promoting unity and compassion by bringing children from diverse religious backgrounds together under the theme of love and peace, with events such as the Orphan Day Celebration providing gifts and care in an inclusive setting.
