Future-Ready Youth Program (FRYP)

The Future-Ready Youth Program (FRYP) is a six-month initiative aimed at equipping 200 young people (ages 16–24) with practical and future-oriented skills to increase their employability chances.

Program Phases

1. Digital Foundations

Participants gain basic skills in digital literacy, coding basics, and AI tools.

2. Future Skills Labs

Participants are introduced to in-demand future skills including data analysis, digital design, artificial intelligence basics, green and sustainability skills, through hands-on labs and projects.

3. Entrepreneurship Pathways

Participants translate their skills into action by developing entrepreneurial and business ideas. Through workshops in business planning, financial literacy, and social innovation, they design and pitch projects or start-up ideas.
By combining technical training with innovation labs and community engagement, the program ensures that participants graduate not only with stronger employability prospects but also with the resilience and creativity to drive solutions in their communities.
